    I've opened 2 of these scroll boxes and I got regular rc scrolls (ofc duplicates) so I would say that if you are new player or f2p player (without many rc scrolls) than go ahead and go get you a scroll .but if you are not , just buy 3 regular boxes or exo box (if you dont have many exos ) it hurt so bad that we cant do anything with our duplicates QQ
