Hi all, I am new to the game and has only played for a few days so far. I had played this game for 6 months back in 2006 though but i can't remember much about the game actually. I just learnt a stupid Deva Monk skill that allows me to recover my VE for 5 rounds. However, no matter how i try, i can't activate the skill at all. It keeps telling me that i can only use it in calmness mode.... smh Feel so wasteful of the clan contribution points to learn this "unusable" skill.... Can any kind soul out there explain to me what is calmness mode? Many thanks in advace!
I can't be absolutely certain, but my guess is you need to buy a shao material from the general store npc and consume it in order to activate that skill. It's kinda like the liquor that LoB, or talismans that SF characters need to consume in order to use some of their skills. Try checking the general store npc inventory for something specific to Shao.
