Basically the guide section for Noble Dragon: Basic Skills shows the first section of skills, then it shows the same section of skills directly under it. I'm using Google Chrome, and the other two faction's basic skill pages show the correct skills.
I am using safari, same problem.. I think this is only a link problem, they just need to replace the link or so. no biggy! if you are looking for some skills into, for the time being you can look in other server's websites.
