Eoic sun is mkre for pvE since it only goves some damage and brings min max damage more together.. Jake is increasing crit and with 4 of those u get 60% which is around the same as a healer c12 buff.. Well u can calculate ur own stats how mucb 60% crit would improve against a 10k damage.. Be aware that ir crit rate will improve by 80% which u will habe a higher change of doing a crit.. And wrll around 300% u only do crits.... Where to get thrm,, buying them from other players and how mucj they cost.. A **** ton xd
