I can create a guild I have the silver, There's just no point. The changes that "needed" to be made have been ignored. the game is following it's paid-to-win course in history, once again. The game has been passed from publisher to publisher countless times. And they all don't seem to understand that making the game "actually" free-to-play will attract more loyal players, and give the game a real shot at growing its community. Here's a really cool suggestion @RedFox, Try actually listening to the community. And making changes that would actually benefit both free-to-play users and paid users. We are in 2017 no one is going to play a paid-to-win game that's listed under free-to-play. If the drop-rates were not terrible, and the xp gain wasn't ridiculously low. "It's the same default 12sky2 XP rate by-the-way." And we actually had quests that gave players rewards for crafting their first 5% mount, and maybe wings. I'm 100% certain you would attract more players and actually build a community. The game is currently FULL of cheaters and everyone is always afk grinding because there's no point for waiting for a drop that could take hours, days or even weeks. We would "ACTUALLY" have "ACTIVE" players and interactions with the community. Anyway what's the point? You clearly don't want whats best for the players that are "ACTUALLY" playing your games. Now here's another neat little fun fact. 20 of those positive reviews are from accounts that played the game anywhere from 1 minute - 1 hour. And that's it, nothing less nothing more.

reset all same lvl 1 to make the game balance and the community good specially the market let them choose what fraction to start
Some people already paid money, I doubt they will reset anything. Even though a fresh start is the best thing to do. Edit: Also, the CBT rewards have been used. So resetting means they would have to send out those rewards again.

will there be a fresh server for steam players ? or do we play on server with veteran players already in the game

To be honest, there shouldn't be a server rest. That wouldn't be fair to the veteran players who have spent countless days grinding where they are now. There is nothing wrong with coming in as a new player to be honest. Those higher levels can actually help you level and grind. By giving you items to acquire levels fast enough.
So what you're saying is every game that someone starts needs to be reset cus it's not fair to the new guy?
IF YA'LL WONT RESET THE SERVER THEN MAKE ANOTHER SERVER FOR US WHO WILL JUST START THE GAME AND ALSO ITS NOT FAIR FOR US BECAUSE THE PRO ARE TOO STRONG. IF U WANT MORE PEOPLE TO COME ON UR DEADFOX SERVER U GOTTA RESET THE SERVER OR U HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER SERVER FOR US.
Yes and after than we should reset the server every days because there are new players every day! ... (sarcastic eye shiverin'...)
