Hello, For the upcoming event, is it possible for us to get Genuine Jade and Gold and Silver Stone? These items are used to refine our gears, yet they are extremely hard to find in game. We would greatly appreciate these items for the upcoming event, if that is possible. Also, will there be a scroll from item mall that prevents a refined item from downgrading upon failure? At the moment, most refined items are from RF8-10, while the max is RF25. It would be great if we could increase our refine gears in the near future.
