Hey Shinnen! First I want to thank you for being an active GM in our community. But I do have a question under this topic. When it says "New Level Cap: Level 33 Master, limited qualification for "Declaration to become Nangin". Does this mean that Nangin will be a faction will be added amongst the other 3 when you reach m33?
Yea wondered about that too since all the areas of nangin should be deactivated(In Yanggok you cant enter)
If I remember correctly in Alt1s ver of TS2 you could enter nangin at M1, though I remember a large crowd spamming the NPC on acceptance days because only a certain number could enter the faction at a time.
GM please answer if we have a Nangin Faction or is true you dont translate well and is mean "we removed the nangin faction"
