True Dragon weapon creation

I upgraded my Black Dragon bracers to True Dragon one by using the True Dragon statue from RTD reward, I suppose that creation should be 100% success but my creation bar froze for about 2secs then the system said "You have failed to creat the item" and my statue disappeared

 

or it's bug because my creation bar froze in the middle for about 2s

 

all my friends and league mates has no problem with it and success 100%, I also did it w/o any prob in CBT. Just this time my bar froze and that bug happened, my 1st time

 

Maybe +6 has lower success chance to compound? Like heaven weapons?

 

Yep this is the case for all weapon upgrade with assemble system.

 

If you froze for 2 secs, that sounds like more of lag to me. When assembling an item fails, the bar just stops growing and the message of failure appears immediately. Still, I might be wrong on this...

 

I'm glad I didn't ref any of those weapons. I'm yet to upgrade to True, so I won't ref this Black one either.

 

kinda makes sence like neo stated, once a weapon is refined upgrading is a horrible experience.
