The Manuals The Manuals are special consumable items for levelling skills, and they can be classified in 2 big groups: Role Manuals (yellow books) They are differenced by Role and Clan. You can buy them from the commander of your Clan's Base. (Here it's an example with demon clan.) For each Role there are 2 different manuals: Until 3: It will increase the experience rate x2 the skills from Cheng 1 to Cheng 3 (inclusive). Until 5: It will increase the experience rate x2 of the skills from Cheng 1 to Cheng 5 (inclusive). Be sure to select the Manual for your Role because the manual for one Role cannot be used by any other role in your clan. Clan Manuals (blue books) They can be used by all roles in your clan. These books can only be find from drop or quest. Excepted for beginner (I) which can be bought also at clan base We can find: Beginner Manual: It will increase (x2; x3; x4 or x5) the experience rate of the skills from Cheng 1 to 3 (inclusive). Here some example: Intermediate Manual: It will increase (x2; x3; x4 or x5) the experience rate of the skills from Cheng 1 to 5.(inclusive) Here some example: Advanced Manual: It will increase (x2; x3; x4 or x5) the experience rate of the skills from Cheng 1 to 10.(inclusive) Here some example:
Honor Student Book: This book was from an old event there are still some of them in game and you may find in stand. Really big skill experience book: You can also find some Honor Student book in the Item Mall. Skill Manuals Cheng 11 and Cheng 12: Those manuals are used to change your skills from Cheng 10 100% to Cheng 11 or Cheng 11 100% to Cheng 12. You can buy some of them at your clan to your special role teacher. Some other can only be dropped on the mobs. Each book have a special colour icon related to a clan: Brotherhood of thieves. Heavenly Demon League of Beggars Sacred Flower Shaolin Wu-Tang The following table present you all the skill that can be ONLY drop on mobs, so these can be sell at a nice price. The yellow one are really useful so it's a high price in Hefei, the grey one are less useful. Advanced Skill books: There are also some special skills that can only be upgraded by reading some special book : - Advanced Step: can be learn only if you have reached to Cheng 10 your basic step. - Advanced Meditation: can be learn only if you have reached to Cheng 10 your basic Meditation. - Advanced Lightfoot: can be learn only if you have reached to Cheng 10 your basic Lightfoot. Those 4 Manuals can only be dropped on mobs and also have a special icon depending on the clan: Brotherhood of Thieves Heavenly Demon League of Beggars Sacred Flower Shaolin Wu-Tang
Special Skill books : There is one skill that can only be learn with a book. The skill "Antidote of The Cave" which allow you to protect you from the poison in the [The Cave of The Conqueror]. There is only 2 place where you can drop that skill book : First mobs in the Cave of the conqueror level 2 and at the North Sea Icy Palace on the Icy map (Higher level mobs from that map) How to Use : To use the manual you need to be in peace more and to make right click on it. A message will appear press yes : You will start to read the book, it takes some second, make sure you are in a safe spot or you won't succeed: When you have finished, you will see an icon in the upper right side of your screen, the icon will correspond to the book icon you used. You cannot use any other manual you have a book icons in your screen. If you try to use another manual you won't succeed and there won't be any message displayed. If you try to use a Role Manual for different than the role you are, or a Clan's Manual for a different clans than you are you will see a message telling that : Not suitable for you role. If you look at the book icon and do a right click on it, a new message will appear suggesting you to remove the book effect : However if you press YES nothings happens, probably a bug until a fix is coming.
