If they really did leave their entire support ticket staff unattended, I have no words for this brain dead game? Company? I get that there would be a delay for the holidays but come on, an entire game customer support unattended for over a week?

How is this any hard to respond to? All i wanted to hear was “we’ll make sure to look into it and send this over to our coding team” it’s not rocket science...
I believe you can get rid of it by switching to either a female or shaman class (don't remember the specific class), and it will start the 14 day count down after you equip it and then you can sell it.
