    1.Life (HP)

Your Life is depicted by the Red Bar on-screen. If your Red Bar reaches zero points then you will die.

Every character's amount of Maximum Life is different, and is dependent on many factors, from how you disperse your Chi Points to special healing ornaments you may carry with you. Constitution is the strongest critical statistic that effects the amount of a character's Maximum Life. Points deducted against your Maximum Life from External Wounds will reduce Maximum Life replenishment during meditation, but may be healed with special herbs or by consulting a doctor at a nearby clinic.

    2.Vital Energy (VE)

Vital Energy is internal energy, also called "Chi" that you gather into your body from the world around you, and from all living things, that you can summon and use to energize your abilities. You need Vital Energy to be able to perform most Kung Fu (physical attack) and Chi Kung (Energy attack) techniques. Martial Arts Masters have been known to use their great reserves of Vital Energy to perform what can only be described as superhuman feats.

The more complex the Kung Fu or Chi Kung technique, the more Vital Energy it takes to perform it and the more damage (or healing) that it can inflict.

Unlike Life, Vital Energy does not replenish itself over time. To recover your Vital Energy you need to meditate and reconnect yourself to The Land.

    3.Damage

The damage are the amount of Life points removed from your opponent's Life bar when using Kung Fu skills. It is what you could call "physical hits". In 9Dragons, damages and wounds are not the same. Damages will display in yellow over your opponent's head when dealing normal strikes, and in red when dealing a critical hit.

    Its counterweight is the defense.

It is expressed following this model: [min value]~[max value]. Those are estimated minimal and maximal damage values. Their domain will vary depending of the type of weapon used.

    Attributes affecting the damage

The main secondary attribute which influences the damage is your strenght; it directly affects the damage dealt; one strenght point gives 4-8 additionnal damages. The higher your strenght is, the more damage you deal. Your dexterity will also modify your average damage as it will allow more critical hits.

Strenght and dexterity buffs will also increase your damage.

    Skills affecting the damage

All active, smashing and finishing kung fu skill will cause you to deal damages when used. Some passive, rounding and charging spells will also allow you to deal extra damages.

The damage modifier provided by the skill (usually a bonus) is displayed in the skill information window, which you can get by clicking on the skill in your Kung Fu window. (S)

    Items affecting the damage dealt

    Weapons

The main damage modifier is your character's weapon. Some weapons have a higher damage spread than others. A higher refinement level will cause a given weapon to deal more damage too, which is why refined weapons are one of the most important ressources.

    Other items

Other items, mainly accessories and relics, but also clothes and premium items will also modify the damage you deal, sometimes directly.

    Epithets role in damage

Some epithets also give damage bonuses, usually directly. Practically all killer epithets give direct damage bonuses. By giving critical rate bonuses, epithets can also affect indirectly your average damage.

    Normal damage = yellow

    Critical damage = red

    4.Attack Rating

Attack rating is a secondary attribute which refers to your physical accuracy. It is influenced by Secondary Attributes, certain weapon bonuses, Accessories, garnments and certain buffs. The higher your attack rating is, the most likely you are to deal critical hits and the less likely you are to miss your attacks.

    Weapon balance

Your weapon's balance affects the effectiveness of your attack rating in regard of your physical accuracy. Higher balance will result in more critical hits and fewer misses for the same Attack Rating value.

    5.Dodge

Your opponent's dodge will affect both your chances of dealing critical hits and missing. An high dodge for the opponent results in fewer critical hits and more misses from you.

    6.Chi Kung Attack Rating

Chi Kung attack rating is a secondary attribute that is the Attack Rating's equivalent for Chi Kung. It is influenced mainly by your Wisdom but also by certain Accessories, special bracers such as Wan Daye's, and Clothes. The higher your Chi Kung attack rating is, the most likely you are to deal critical hits when using Chi Kung techniques, and the less likely you are to miss your chi-kung attacks.

    7.Chi Kung Dodge

Your opponent's chi kung dodge will affect both your chances of dealing critical hits and misses the same way dodge affects physical attack rating.

    8.Defense

Defense is your character's ability to withstand physical damage (as opposed to Chi Kung damage). The higher a character's defense is, the less damage that character will take when they are hit.

    Increasing Defense

Defense can be increased in 5 ways:

    • By leveling up - Every time you gain a level
    • By increasing your Strength
    • By using certain relics or weapons that either increase defense directly or increase your strength (which increases your defense indirectly)
    • By wearing certain Epithets that increase your defense
    • By using a buff that either increases your defense, or increases your strength (which indirectly increases your defense)

    9.Dodge

Dodge is a secondary attribute that affects a character's ability to evade physical attacks.

The higher the dodge value, the more likely a player can completely avoid a physical attack.

A player character's dodge attribute can be seen on the Character Window.

A character's dodge attribute is affected by the Dexterity Attribute. Raising a character's dexterity will also raise the dodge attribute.

There are separate attributes to dodge critical attacks and dodge Chi Kung attacks.

    10.Chi Kung Defense

Chi Kung Defense (CK Defense) is your character's ability to withstand Chi Kung damage (as opposed to physical damage). The higher a character's defense is, the less damage that character will take when they are hit.

    Increasing Chi Kung Defense

Chi Kung Defense can be increased in 3 ways:

    • By leveling up - Every time you gain a level
    • By increasing your Essence (by using relics, buffs, or by using Chi Points)
    • By wearing certain Epithets that increase your CK defense

    11.Wounds

    External Wounds

External wounds may be received when a mob scores a critical hit against a player. Wounds accumulate and lower the maximum health of the character.

    Internal Wounds

Internal wounds are not properly implemented yet, but they work in a similar fashion to EW. The only difference is that these affect your Vital Energy instead of your Hit Points

    Healing Wounds

There are currently 3 ways to heal wounds:
    • Have a doctor heal you.
    • Have a healer use a wound recovery skill on you.
    • Use a wound recovery item.

    12.Karma

Karma is the "reputation" system in 9 Dragons. Karma is used primarily as a prerequisite to equip various relics, known as Good Karma (GK) relics and Bad Karma (BK) relics. Both have their benefits and drawbacks. Aside from the practical purpose, karma also gives players an epithet that shows their prowess in PvP.

    13.Clan Contribution

Clan Contribution is a secondary attribute that is used like money for certain clan services.

In every clan base there is a special NPC that will give a player character Clan Contribution Points for item or money donations.

    • For Wu Tang: Truist of Wu-Tang Juyun
    • For Shaolin: Librarian Monk Guanglian
    • For The League of Beggars: Elder of the League Bamboo Master
    • For Heavenly Demon: Secret Soul Lord Blood Magistrate
    • For Sacred Flower: Sacred Flower Elder Celestial Crone
    • For The Brotherhood of Thieves: Chief Council to Black Panther Deadly Tongue

When donating items, the amount of Clan Contribution points varies. In general, animal parts (e.g. snake skins) will result in more points. Also, donating the weapons that a clan uses for its skills (e.g. swords and gloves for Wu Tang) will result in more points than other weapons. Such weapons generate the same number of Contribution points as the price in gold when sold to an NPC.

    14. Yin, Yang, Body and Soul damage

    17.Block Rate

    18.Critical Dodge Rate

Critical dodge rate, this allow you to dodge the critical hit from other player, it is very important in PvP. But less in PvE since mobs deal only phew critical hit.

    19. Chi Kung stats :

Chi Kung, abbreviated CK, is very similar (both in appearance and function) to "magic" in other MMORPGs.

CK Damage: This determines the amount of damage inflicted by a successful hit.

CK Defense: This determines how much of the damage inflicted is prevented.

CK Attack Rating: This determines how often your attacks will hit your opponent, as well as the likelihood of scoring a Critical Hit when you hit our opponent.

CK Dodge: This is the counterpart to CK Attack Rating, and determines how often you will dodge your opponents' attacks.

These stats can be increased by changing your Essence and Wisdom:

Essence: Increases base Damage and Defense.

Wisdom: Increased Attack Rating and Dodge. Damage is also increased for skills over Cheng 5.

    20. Weapon attack : your weapon attack power.

    Weapon Attribution for Classes :

Holists: Reflect Physical / Chi Kung Damage => Reduces Phys/CK Reflect

No bro , Attack rating is your accuracy when you attack . Critical Rate is the rate you cause the critical hit on the target
After the revamp , DEXTERITY is not provide physical critical rate and WISDOM is not provide chi kung critical rate anymore.
