Hello Rumblers~ Long story short. I have 2 PC's, one Dell and one HP. Both have these same specs. 8GB Ram. i5 Processor. Past that every thing is very similar. However, my Dell runs the game at like 20FPS, where my HP gives Rumble Fighter a much smoother feel. The only notable differences are that my HP has a better graphics card, and it's running Windows 8, whereas my Dell only has Windows 7. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
