Have the exact same problem, really hyped and want to play x( Please, if someone has a fix, would appreciate it!
I had the same problem yesterday. At some point it started working, and I was about to choose my clan when it kicked me from the server, and started doing the same thing again. I haven't been able to get back in since. I tried both Tao and Yin servers, and both are timing out less than a second after I try to connect. I was excited when it started working for me yesterday, and I was having fun playing, but if the servers not letting me connect is going to be a fairly constant thing, and it doesn't actually get fixed, I don't know how long I'll continue to try and play.
I have submitted a ticket about this issue. If the response I get contains a solution to this problem, or even a reason why it is happening, I'll post it on this thread. I sincerely hope that it's resolved soon, for myself, and anyone else having the same issue.
My ticket was answered with this link. http://forums.playredfox.com/index....intenance-02-16-16-at-6pm-pst-complete.32057/ It seems that they believe this will fix the issues that have been happening, I hope they're right. [edit] Right after I posted this, I got the client to open, but then got the same error again. I tried to restart the client to see if that would help, and I haven't been able to even get the client to open again since, so it seems like they have some more work to do to fix this issue.
