Looks pretty solid, support. I don't know about the projectile though but I guess its ok if its a fictional martial art. You might want to shorten the description and link it to RuF somehow. Storylines are honestly only good for piquing peoples interest and giving them a general idea of what the the scroll / exocore does. This game isn't too big on plots. Sometimes I just say outright what it does and sometimes I hint at it. I think the latter is best used with content intended to be boxed. Most people use the guardians/dark guardians. Descriptions are probably the 2nd hardest thing to do for suggestions :\
Looks like a pretty cool and simple scroll, which is nice, over specialized stuff can get clunky sometimes. For the PPG combo, you could have a PPGP along with the PPGK, and the PPGP would go into a grab after the roll and perform the omni grab, a German suplex (whatever it's called). That way you'll have one version that continues in one direction and the other which reverses it with the kick, also since the kick is leaping it could knock foes over low fences as well.
Another point, you could use the roll animation as a >>G or replaced the KG with it, just for some flashy mobility pass through and I think other scrolls similar to the style of this one have something like that. Could also make the start of the roll act as a ground hit on grounded foes, literally steamroll them.
