Where @Tengu on saying this scroll need some work? Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh saying "every fking scroll first punch starts with a 80 damage or a kickn"
Both PPK and PKK having the same ending makes one of them look unnecessary. Take one out. Counter and grab are--man Clean this up! Add descriptions!
Change the voting poll options, confusing as hell. PKK is confusing cuz we dont know which way you're facing... looks like u just threw a bunch of gifs together and called it a scroll tbh.
Could use a bit of work. These are my suggestions. You can use them as you see fit. Punch combo (P, P, P): Firstly, change the animation for the first punch. The first punches are usually designed to come out quicker than kicks to assist against drifters. You can scope them out. The way the animation is right now, there's a lot of wind-up. Secondly, avoid using the right arm three times. It visually looks really weird. I'd suggest maybe doing right, left, right punch sequence. Under certain circumstances, if you change the animations, you can do a double limb attack -Like Plum Ninjutsu's PPPP which uses that 2nd punch (left arm) to spin into a 3rd backhand (left arm) then careen into the ground smash-, but I'd only suggest that you use attacks that make sense. I'd heavily suggest you try out attacks in real life to see if it feels natural to do. PPK: I feel like this could use some variance. You've already got the PPP for knockback. Does this input just give you a better angling ability? Does it knock father back? If so, you should state that. PKK: You've got a good start here. PK is a variant. I'd suggest you change that last kick input to reflect the difference. You could possibly use that first kick in the combo as a sort of bounce launch that doesn't let you juggle, but the last kick can use it to fence edge. Or maybe that kick flattens the opponent and the last kick kicks them away? Lots of possibility in there. kG: I like those kicks. You should outline if they have start-up invincibility frames or if they do other special things. That can make or break a move. Grab: That first animation looks more like it should be a counter sequence. Change that animation to look more like a grab. Possibly like this: (As an example. I'd suggest you don't use that one. Try a grab animation that uses the left hand) then you can lead it into . However, I think you can do better on the grab than just the punches. The scroll is called Nightmare. Make that opponent regret getting grabbed by showing the true nature of the scroll. Nanmu: Ah, I'm afraid that's not going to work. A nanmu can only be formed from the moveset that the scroll actually has. You'll have to tear it apart and reconstruct it from the animations you have. (Or have someone else do it for you.) Misc: Recoveries and angling capabilities for inputs are really good things to include in your format. It can tell people a lot more about a scroll than just what they see and leaves loose ends tied. What I liked: I like the short mixed combos and then a longer kick combo. This could be a fun scroll to use with a bit more work. Stick to your theme of Nightmare, take care of which animations to use as you want it to reflect the horror people face fighting your scroll, fix the few issues with formatting, and I think you'll have a scroll ready to face the trials of implementation. I'd also suggest that you pm some of the bigger names in the Scroll Suggestions. (Draygashi, Masaki/Tengu, Gonsegon, and SajinShasaya.) Draygashi's a cool, chill guy that knows his scrolls/exocores well. Masaki's a man that knows his scrolls well and has some martial arts around his belt to aid him with that. He can be a bit blunt at times, but you get used to it. He just knows what he's doing. Gonsegon has put up some pretty cool suggestions. He also takes input from Masaki. SajinShasaya suggested Dark Power and Inferno. Both were implemented. 'Nuff said.
