    I have this error too, in the second attempt to log in appears a msg that is already logged, in the third attempt the game enters. Turn off the anti-virus to log in.

    hi,pls help me, i have downloaded the file and installed the full client, it did run smoothly i have successfully logged in my account and choose the server titan, after some cinematic i cant start the game, no start menu pop up, no logo showed,
    it just keep circling and circling on the floating structure.. what should i do with this?

    pls help me with this problem.. thank you

    I download it now the installer then install rf online. but when i run it, nothing happen. i tried troubleshoot compatibility then it gives me choosing language or country then nothing happen. there is nothing to appear. why is that

    none of this is fixing the issue for me does anyone just have a link to a full rf-online folder that is patched

    Hello there, If your problem is "wrong download file info" and none of solutions mentioned above helped.. Try checking if theres a file named "NeutralBS1_dummy.spt" under PlayRedFox>RFOnline>Map>neutralBS1 folder. It's the one that usually cause to get error "wrong download file info" due to incomplete in patching its file. To fix it, in your downloaded rfonline data archive. look for the "NeutralBS1_dummy.spt" in RFOnline>Map>neutralBS1 folder and extract it in same directory i mentioned. if it'll ask for rar password. you can download this file in this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rmpiCLks9FqOgyF-73Q-vX3KWFe81Ayd

    I can't even find thumbs.db files anywhere, no results from windows search.

    I even had other RF installed, that one works perfectly fine but there is no thumbs.db in that one either.

    For me there is no such file: "NeutralBS1_dummy.spt" in the ...>RFOnline>Map>neutralBS1 folder. I manged to fix this error by simply downloading the file "NeutralBS1_dummy.spt" from the link provided by CloudIX and extracting it in the ...>RFOnline>Map>neutralBS1 folder and it worked. Thank you CloudIX for the solution.

    is the game still running?
    i have tried reinstalling, still the same problem,
    "wrong downloaded file" and i cannot find the thumbs.db files anywhere....
    any ideas?

    my business, is that the launcher opens, analyzes, and starts to patch 2260 files, and the maximum I managed to get was up to 370 downloaded files, and the initial screen before logging in, making the patch, closes / disappears / turn it off, I don't know what happens, so I'm trying to download this one from MEGA today, but if you have another solution it would be good, and I've already tried to start the game by solving compatibility problems, nothing works, I change the server for 4games, a thousand times worse because of the bugs, and here on red, I installed and uninstalled a thousand times and nothing helps, I try to unzip before starting or installing with winrar and it shows that it is in error, apparently, but the files come out, and finally, someone helps please, and let's see if this 2016 download of "rf full" helps redfox ...
