Refine/ Drop ephi and Golden Bead create rate?

Hi guys
Please give me advice on this please:

1. How many Spiders , Nine Tail Foxes I need to kill to have the bosses? And if someone killed it, how long it will repawn?
2. Do I need mcg x5 or mcg x10 to create the Fox and the Queen Ephi?
3. The Golden Bead mats are not complex so should I make it using mcg x10? What is the rate then?
4. Should I farm theese at event time or not?
5. Any more tips

1. Kill the spider Q.
The nine tail fox boss outside the forest is bos, 4 hours for respawn
2.mcg x5 + band is 100%
3.mcgx5 or x10 have 30-40 time so just farm and get money to buy is cheaper!

I killed alot spiders but no queen spawn, ppl say that I have to lure them to the plos to get it?

 

No, The spider Q is around the plot, she’s not the normal spider or Giant spider level about hg12 or hi 1

 

can you be more specific on it, where is the plot ^^ I saw the queen sometimes just dont know how to get it
