question abt Dark Ghost Blood Sorcerer

I just bought Ghost Blood Sorcerer Hat, but when I clicked on Resource and Create tabs of that item, nothing appeared so I don't know how to get the upgraded version- Dark Ghost Blood Sorcerer, anyone knows why?

 

I think you can't upgrade for now from level 2 clothes to level 3, only get them from boxes. I got them from illusive.
Someone saw them drop in red potala too ?

So boxes are rare drop.
Any mats to upgrade the other boxes drop in red ?

 

Mats drop to make GOW/GOR and they drop mats for upgrading weapons, but in saying that the amount needed is ridiculous.

I’m unsure on clothes I believe there is an upgrade from lvl1 to lvl2 blood sorcerer but not lvl3

Better off aiming to get the box drops !

Purple runs drop lvl1 clothes and weapons
Greens drop lvl1 and lvl2 clothes and weapons
And red runs drop lvl 1,2 and 3 clothes and weapons

 

Weapon is clear, they are in F11, the issue are the clothes.

 

Potala kinda drop boxes.
Level 3 boxes are from illusive or can change them in F 11 with illusive material.
