Hi guys, I'm newbie and I'm researching items to farm. There're 2 things I'm confused so hopefully u can help me 1) The deco lvl 2 from GCM/BT, when I create from lvl 1 deco, if I'm failed then will the lvl 1 deco disappear? Also, is that lvl 2 deco the strongest permanent deco in game atm? (I don't care about temporary things) 2) Between Epic SrS set (new) and lvl 2 HG9 set, which one is better? PvE/PvP/overall? 1.) no you loose all your craft materials but base deco 2.) depends on you..test it out and find what u like better. SRS 1 definitely easier to get. on the note of deco kill the boss of Gcm and they drop an item that gives you 100% craft on deco.
Hello Cerberir, Regards the game items always in 9Dragons the issue was like this : how this 'item' helps me in various situations ? Now, let's take the decos for e.g. Let's compare some of in game decos : Lv2 beast (new) KL : So now you just have to compare the attributes/stats/adds on. For me at level cap, for sure if I will go pve to farm I will choose between the ones with item drop increase 30 %. If I want to refine, besides other adds on I will choose the one with increase refinament success rate by 15%. If I am weak and don't have enough damage and power to grind I will go for lv2 beast. Same goes for clothes, try to compare the ads on from the clothes and see how that will help your character. 100 % increase chance for deco lv 2 item :
Eroine pretty much posted the 100% item... But the direct answer to your question is...yes it is the strongest permanent deco...currently... the others do not stand a chance... only thing they are useful for is the drop rate... but that will change soon for the kunlun decos...
There is no direct answer, it is how you adapt your gear on what you want to do in game. You want to get more drop, get the drop one with clothes refine for drop rate and relics. You want pvp ? You can try the damage one with clothes and relics for pvp. You are low level and your damage is low, go for the first one ! Combine with M&D buff, drop card and band on drop and you increase the chance for better drop. In SRS pwl I will go with the one with 15 % increase exp not the first one that has 10 % ( first one). When you want to refine +15 make sure to get the deco with reffine increase rate and not the first one. Summer deco that was in marketplace also had reff increase. You want to be superman? Wait the 30 days deco & bags. You will rock xD.
except there is correct answer.... even blind can see... clearly the new deco superior in every way to old decos..except superman deco.... 30% drop rate? what does that do when leveling? or killing stuff... he asked for strongest... not for drop... And clearly new deco(golden coin and beast tower) is the strongest...permanent deco... As usual please read before you post... And ...I dunno why u addressed answer to me...when I did not ask any question... want my attention?
There are many ways to answer a question. And that was not the right one. You use the items in different game surrondings. Now he found out that, not only 1 answer that could confuse him. In his place with an incomplete answer I would go back and ask... if that one would tell me... Again, complete answer would be better than superficial. To see the bigger picture in here, let's take the drop rate for e.g..There is a combination in game that could help increase the chance of more looting (drops) : 1.Clothes with item drop rate increase : SRS clothes / bloody lv 3 both can be refined into drop or for pvp (see addition). Let's take lv 1 blood sorcerer clothes (see item, drop rate increase addition): Decos can help you increase the drop rate by 30 % : Or : Or : In game ads ons for more loot : Epithets item drop 30 %): Relics with increase drop rates (highest item drop rate is 5 % on one slot) : Drop card (2x drop): M&D buff daily if you have disciples (5%, 10 %. 15%, 20 % more item drop chance, depensd on how many disciples are taking the gift) : Band on drop (band attribute at full, increase item drop chance by 100%) : Event (event 2x, 3x): As conclusion, clothes, decos are a part for a base you want to build in game. You want to be pve and farm : get more drop increase by reffining the clothes with drop rate, take the deco with drop rate increase and use the other games adds on like epithet, M&D... You want to be strong in pvp and have more damage, take the clothes with critical rate increase, the deco with damage and in game relics with increase critics, epithets and so on. And a important element to pvp is healers critical buffs. Don't forget that.

Btw, I'm really appreciated if you guys can advice me more: 1) Between 2 Blood Sorcerer - Wave and Repel, which one is better in specific situation? 2) There're too many relics now, when I played 9D before everyone just aim for Blue and Red banner, now we have so many Banners Ex and different Beads. I'm so confused, anyone please kindly help me list preferable relics for PvE/PvP? 3) I'm playing CK Hybrid, and I read the "Common Build Guide" topic, I should invest max Dex and Con, then rest in Wis. But problem is due to lack of Wis, my Bracers's durability decreases so fast, is there something wrong in here?
On short : 1. Repel is the highest weapon in game with the highest damage, is level 3 from level 1 blood sorcerer. 2. You must aim for top relics in game such as Excellence Beads : F11/ Hefei / Resource / Illusive Mythic Creator . There you have also set 3 flag & GoW / GoR. 3. On guide there are two types of builds : (New Stats) Hybrid: 1 Str: +4 Dmg, +3 Def. 1 Ess: +5 Ck Def, +27 Ve. 1 Wis: +4 Ck Dmg, +2 Ck Def. 1 Con: +36 Hp, +6 Def. 1 Dex: +18 Ar, +14 Dodge, +18 Ck Ar, +14 Ck Dodge. Balance: Str for weapon Dex : maxim Const : the rest Ess: 8 (basic) Wis : 8 (basic) Dex/Const Dex : maxim Const : maxim Str : 8 Ess: 8 Wis : rest Usually hybrids till cap level use the gloves and phy clothes, relics and weapon with phy critics. They play as tanker. After they got best relics, clothes and weapon, they swich for potala or pvp to chi kung hybrid and adds on. Your main problem as chi kung hybrid is the fact that wis is your pen attribute. Wis is main attribute for nukers than hybrids and is used by bracers (wis/dex) vs gloves (str/dex).
In my opinion it is a waste of baise points to use 2/1 on wis to go for bracers necessary wis for fixing the durability problem. It is like you are low level and hit the mobs with high level weapon for more damage. You need to repair all over again.

All you gotta do is meet weapon requirement with buff, relic stat points... it will still show the icon but weapon will deteriorate at normal rate... also its melee: Str : enough Str for weapon Dex : maxim Const : maxim Ess: 8 (basic) Wis : 8 (basic) with melee no penalty...so you can max dex, and cons and still have enough to almost max strength... ck Dex : maxim Const : maxim Str : 8 Ess: 8 Wis : rest lastly...in terms of raw damage... wave is better..actually...{when skill is popped) repel is over all more constant damage.... skill bugs a lot thus misses a lot...but the skill is a amazing it works...
I will make a correction in here. As I said before in case of weapon the requirement to equip a weapon is only basic stats points, not adds on from relics and buffs. You can cut/ lower down the level and thus the requirements with in game cutter. If you are more close with basic points by the requirement will deteriorate more slower. Penl is also increase due to level of weapon. Need to have that too.
When you level up you add more point on basic stats so the weapon will not degrade fast (with levels because of stats points), but the basic requier to equip a weapon is basic points not ads on. Also the level is important. If you equip a PS to rl character will degrade in 10 -15 min or so, at CS at 30 min , above CS will be 45 min and so on, while you add points. Basic Str : 315 / dex 390 (basic points) / level Req : str/dex 319 /319 Level : HG12, meet the requirements. Basic : wis 31 / dex 135 (even more pen) / level Req : Wis 192, dex 275 Level : Immortal 11, do no meet the requirements. Now at first weapon because I am close with basic points and level to requirement the durability will not be reduced so fast, on second one, few hits and you must repair.
