new update no loggin?

for some reason me and my boyfriend can not log onto the game. is it due to new update or what?

 

nobody else has that problem, but i saw a Roar, saying Icy map is down on Yin.
If that map is down, and your boyfriends char is in icy - it will be stuck till gm resets the map.
He can play other chars not in icy though.

 

we have not been in Icy lately but ty for reply, we have uninstalled and installed the game but once we get to page for update blue/green lines it does not upload anything and we can not press the Start Game red Box

 

I have the same problem, it doesn't update the game to the last patch.. any help?

 

I have the same issue, can't even get the start button to respond.....

 

I have been trying for 2 days now and same is going on with me. what is going on??? please Fix this I get to start and nothing happened Won't let me start
