You want PvP in tibet, meaning you want to go PK Hermit+ lvl players, when you are HG. Why don't you PK in KL then?

 

So, according to you they should make PK possible in TIbet, but then they should also put an Anti-PK pill/tablet/buff....You go to PK a hermit, when you are HG, boom, he has anti-pk buff, now you will come back to forum and say, "Tibet has anti pk pill, it really pisses me off". lolol
