I prefer them over a gaming desktop. Haven't owned a desktop since early middle school. Plus I have a PS4 Pro, and Xbox One. Don't really see the point in investing in a rig.
Yes but I will sacrifice performance for portability and form factor any day. It's not like I can't game still. Plus most of the PC games I play are not necessarily graphics intensive. Programs I run for class also don't need much power. Killer wifi sucks honestly. Glad Razer went back to Intel.
Now let's compares your laptop and mine :> Actually mine better cuz my laptop can holds my two beers (ssd and hhd) af. My laptop got i8 I just upgraded it a while ago Cuz someone said I can't get i9 cuz it's only for desktop yet I did it.
If people arent using that performance for stuff other than gaming, they can just use a cloud gaming service to play their favorite games. That’s if it becomes more popular in the future and is a reasonable price.
I was really excited when they announced this. I hear that the RAM and SSD are no longer soldered on so that's a huge plus. I'll have to stick with my Blade Stealth for the time being as I am even more excited that they released the Core X, which is a cheaper alternative to the original Core but losing it's RGB & 1 USB port capability on the back.
Smh... look at you fools buying them expensive computers af. Ima stick with my beauty son this 2007 toshiba laptop out hya representing. You know what they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
RGB is overrated, but I think the Core X is a tad too big, considering that the thunderbolt cable provided is short and they want you to keep close together on a desk. Stealth is really underrated. Much better specs than the macbook line up and priced competitevly. I buy new laptops pretty much every other year. This year was an exception because of the redesign. Had it been a refresh, I would be keeping my 2017 Blade until next year. Now I get to sell it. I can probably get $1000 back for it which is half of what I paid, so still a win for me.
Yeah, it's pretty big but that allows it to fit pretty much any card inside so I'd say that's a good trade-off. Love my Stealth, but I wouldn't mind upgrading to the Blade 15. Only thing I wish they had done was make the up/down arrow keys "full-sized".
