making dark dance weap

hi guys i just want to ask where do i get the materials on making dark dance weap.. that mesmerizing spell thing.. tnx ,..

 

You can buy it from the NPC that stand close to the one that give you Daily Quest in Hefei, 77k each stone and need 35 stones and 7 BE for 1 try.
I just make it today after 31 try.
and btw the skill is bug instead of 30/10000 and 2000 seconds, the true stat is 2000/10000 for 30 seconds, so not really worth it in my opion.

what u did 31 try after u got the weapon? dam. if u fail your weapon and material will be consumed?
