Launch crash

Thought I'd give this version a shot. Only I can't even get the game to launch without it continuously crashing to some Error. I've tried everything so I'm guessing it's going to be something simple..
Error::mGXD.Init(11) and Error::ApplicationInit() are what come up.
If some help can be offered it'd be much appreciated.

Have you updated your graphic drivers and Direct X?

Also try messing with the resolution of you game on the launcher.

I found that post before and have already checked all drivers and possible updates. Went through every single resolution. Reinstalled and rebooted more times than anyone ever should've. This **** isn't worth the stress.. forget it.

if still not working try this one more solution
if u have 12sky2 mayn installed on ur pc uninstall it(based on my bean sized brain 99.9% it will work
