so gov gave out new kssn to these ppl and in korea u can look up the history of every usage related to ur kssn so they can just avoid it
so now there is an internet only kssn called i-pin
i-pin is directly linked to ur phone company for info so when u set up ur phone all the info u put in like birthday and name and stuff so they can grab and confirm ur identity thru that
