    Ok so my transfer and all my bags are ok....but all my main stuff x5 cards and item drop cards weapons gold etc are not in my storage actually my storage is empty!!!!!.

    Sorry to hear that, but it has been stated that courier storage will not be transferred over. You will have to carry all your belongings on your character and the bags they have.

    I hate to say this: you have to read everything that’s put out! No one signs paperwork without reading it first! This is how people lose things and pay way more than they should! it’s sad but it happens! In the future please read all the fine print!

    I have played 9Dragons Awaken. On the server Yang, today successfully updated on the server Yin. As I log into the server Yin character I have not had.

    Dear GM,

    I had played for almost 2 months on Yang,
    I had a 230+ character on Yang
    I was also a premium user, had purchased a lot of cash items too.
    However, due to my recent illness I was unable to login for the past 2 weeks
    I have also not been able to register for the opt out.

    A mutual friend from FB informed me of the deadline and unfortunately, I am late by 24 hrs

    Kindly advise.
    A lot of time, effort and money has been put in from my side also.

    thanks GM..the transfer completely done and succecs..my branch,prem event,scale event and all item succecs transfering..only M&D,FList and league gone (i dont care)
    i must thanks to my friend for remind me about claim transfer..

    for player who didnt transfer..u still have second chance at YANG season 2 hahaha..bye bye haters

    How can you transfer if you play 9dragons trougth steam?

    i can played at steam and direct redfox..email steam will auto connect to redfox when playing 9d steam..
    actually im dota2 player too..

    thats correct..i was stop playing since GC..only 6 month i play GC then never touch 9d anymore,i just play game dota2..3 month ago my friend tell me about YANG..and we are comeback 4 ppl from acclaim..first play i play 9d awaken at steam..but i dont like if always login via steam..my friend tell to me instal 9d from RF..and login using email steam..i dont get any problem with email and login..

    Well, there might be a problem, this issue is of a friend. His email address is @windowslive.com wich PlayRedFox is not allowing it . And the person cant login on website with that email, nor making an account on website . But he plays the game trought steam.

    You will need to select a different character name since someone on Yin server already taken that name.

    You can still apply for the transfer since playing on Steam requires you to create a new RedFox Games account. You can't play on Steam if you don't have an account registered on RedFox Games.

    I understand there are some issues when transferring from server Yang to server Yin. Some accounts have more items, some accounts during the open storage found items after the update.
    My account has strictly followed the requirements of the Game Publisher, but my character is not currently transferred from server Yang to server Yin. I wrote the ticket, but GM answered "maybe I do not agree to opt-in on the web and refuse to help with the account transfer."
    My account have 3 character lv: HI11 (hybird), HI2(buffer) and GL12 and have some items that are important to me.
    Please help me. Thank you!

    Does your steam email becomes automatically your playPlayRe account? I don't even know why I'm insisting on this, I donut for a guy who don't speak good English that asked for help on Facebook. He told me his steam email is example@windowslive.com and he can't register on PlayRedFox with that email but he plays trought steam. ... Have no ** ideea
