Hi all In 2 weeks recently, i have not loged in this game. When i started with this app, app's window run, but i press " Start". I didnt see a log in window. I checked in " Task " window. I saw this app what run with " Window problem reporting", after they turned off in " Task window". What is "error" ?. How can i fix that. Thanks for reading.
I press " game start" , after Xlaucher icon in image will vanish and nothing ( do not open new game window). It is so fast and i dont take a photo. If i do that again, it will be recurrence @@
This often occurs due to background program interference. You need to end some of them like skype or adobe. Then try running the launcher in administrator. If all fails reinstall the 9D. Run as administrator.
After i did as your guide and reinstall but it didnt run. I take a photo about this error. It often run with " windows problem reporting" as top image. I used win 10 for my laptop.
Check the 9D Awaken directory for EOD.log. Open it up and see if it says any sort of error after you receive the "Windows Problem Reporting" popup. Make sure your Windows 10 has the latest Windows Updates. You can also try setting the NDLauncher.exe and NINEDRAGONS.exe files to a compatibility mode to see if that fixes it.
Thanks for your support. But i dont find "EOD.log" in 9D Awaken folder. When i set 2 files " NDLauncher.exe and NINEDRAGONS.exe" to a comatibility mde but this game doesnt run. @@
If there is no EOD.log file then the game probably never opens. Check for a XLauncher.log file and see if there's any errors inside. You could also try using the Steam version to see if that one works.
