How to switch the skill bar?

I remember I used the "\" key, above the TAB and on the left* side of the "1" on the keyboard, to switch the skill bars. Now doesn't work anymore, and I've tryed all Keys on the keyboard and no one does it.

Is there a way to fix this or I have to do that "manually", by clicking the arrows on the skill bar with the mouse? (Which is worse than annoying)

Depends on your keyboard language, for me its the key Æ, which sits next to L

 

So I must change keyboard Language?

 

I think for me, it's the "`~" tilde button. It's on the left of the "1" button typically

 

Ok I tryed to change Language to American standard and it works... so gotta change Language to play...
