Hello there just started awhile ago. I'm coming from OGplanet.

Though I'm not gonna brag about how Iong ago I've been in this game or get crazy nostalgic on you guys like your typical Old Gen > New Gen nostalgic veteran warriors. But I do believe those we're the best days of RF and i don't think it'll ever be the same, I believe we built this game for you guys as I see many items and scrolls still in this game created by many passionate and dedicated forumers. I still remember when the first user scroll by NekuFujixD was made with sprites, Muhon Ninjitsu. And the first user scroll made by a guy filming himself irl doing the moves forgot what it's called but it's a rare Muay Thai scroll you can't buy.

Annnnd I think I contradicted myself with that paragraph oh well haha can't help it.

Just wanna know if there is any of you out there still. I'm sure my name is enough if you were a forumer.

Holy shet niga better than most trash guys posted a shetty thread when their's returning player. All was we hearing their cry ass. But this thread didn't.

Yeah lol I know my guys are very nostalgic I am too so I know for sure most of them made those kind of threads haha.

What do I think about this game? Its still fun, don't like the air panic though. I also feel like most of the user created moves like faux got patched. The community is very small.

All in all the game is still fun, but the socialism is ass due to the small community. And if the game died in OGPlanet where the community was live, pride, and passionate, people like Zecurb who was buying mad Astros every chance he got. Then how is the game gonna survive here?

Yup, Faux Break and 4B were patched. At one point Panic Breaking was a bannable offense, but it was overturned.

Air panic can be a nuisance, but I can't complain as I've used it to escape (what would have been) some pretty cheeky deaths. Pretty much just gotta jump kick after every juggle to ensure your kill now.

The reason why the game died on OGPlanet is because of the transfer event. OGPlanet f*cked us all over by giving everyone 10,000 Astros and any item they wanted within the last few weeks. Because of that, NimoniX cancelled the full account transfers and limited everyone's transfer requests to 30 store bought items and you required proof of purchase to transfer them. Some players lied on their transfer requests and got items they weren't supposed to have, and quit the game when they were taken away. Other players were upset when NimoniX introduced the Top 10 Scroll + ExoCore Boxes, which if you transferred any Scrolls or ExoCores that were in those boxes, you only got for 30 days instead of permanently.

If NimoniX didn't want to find a new publisher at then end of OGPlanet's contract, this game could be a LOT more lively. If OGPlanet didn't pull what they did and give everyone Astros and rare items out the ass, we could have potentially had full account transfers like we did from GamesCampus to RedFox.

I do agreed with you this game has small and low population. Our gms went to try hard work yet they cannot understand. Nimonix dont give a shet what we want nor they dont care about game they are just here to milking our money with their trash rate box.

Yea, we lost a lot of the best community where was live, pride, and passionate as what you described even they quit a few month ago. This game is already died in OGPlanet, yet still suriving because some idiot still spending their money on the box when they don't realize that the rate was changed over time.

Yet, I wanted to bring the old skills such as faux, 4b, b panic and shet back. Since they introduced us to the air panic.

Thank you, I sorta knew about the situation and the contract but now I know the full details of it and that's unfortunate. My quitting point was when my scroll turned into a timed scroll as you stated lol and to where they became money hungry as if it wasn't obvious enough it was just ridiculous.

I agree. Imo at this point for me it's as simple as not trying to save this already dead game, but to enjoy it while we can. It's ok to buy astros, but dont be a Zecurb and spend a months rent of Astros cause you never what'll happen when it's time to transfer companies, or redfox could be the last one and poof no more RF which is very possible. So just hope this game goes to someone who can revive it. It's a fun game, ain't a game out there like this that's why we all keep following it.

 

They reverted the whole Top 10 thing and put the Scrolls and ExoCores back in the shop permanently, though.

It is a shame though, NimoniX is getting too desperate. I wouldn't even call them money hungry, I'd say they're reliant on the little they're providing us and the little they're making in sales to keep the game afloat.

I have, for the most part kept myself dedicated to Rumble Fighter. I've always been fascinated by the physics and gameplay. There aren't that many games that have a combat system like this. I've always loved creating content, and with them implementing user's Scroll/ExoCore/Set Suggestions, I found myself even more attached with hopes of getting something in made by me. That, actually has came true with the implementation of Katanas Of Darkness.

@Resdo In my opinion the game has little hope. It is hard to get evaluate the situation because of Nimonix’s lack of transparency. We don’t know how many people work for Nimonix, their website was created years ago and never updated, they don’t have social media. For all we know nimonix could just be for guys in a house making rumble fighter. Because Nimonix are the ones who make the content it is up to them to create better content.

Publishers really can’t change the game but publishers are more so just here to host the game. However if you have a game with a below average development team and an unknown publishing company that is already a receipe for failure.

You're right, at this point it just feels like a private server. I always see the same people at night. I don't want this game to die, but it'll die here. I'm hoping someone can change that.

Dedication, inspiration and goals. I'm glad you stayed for these good reasons. The fact that this was in every player back then mixed with the actual gameplay made this game fun and competitive.

GamesCampus was just a host/publisher like RedFox. They have very little control over anything. It was NimoniX.

 

NimoniX controls, I'd say, around 95% of everything here on Rumble Fighter. RedFox can only really give suggestions to NimoniX as seen in the following quote:

The Publisher/Host's job is to pretty much host the server. They relay community feedback to the developers (NimoniX). Sure, the Publisher/Host can influence NimoniX's decision on things such as price and other things.

NimoniX tightened the restrictions on what the Hosts could do over the years. OGPlanet used to run wild, GamesCampus had some control, and RedFox has what appears to be very limited control on what they can and cannot do.
