    Make sure that your graphic card drivers and direct x drivers are up-to-date.
    Also search for Windows updates and install them, after that reboot your pc and start TwelveSky2 again.
    You should post stuff like that on this Forum next time because this is not a bug.

    Try to change your Desktop resolution or try running it in windows mode.

    i always run ts2 in windows mode.

    Did you tried to change your Desktop resolution yet?
    If that doesnt work either its an AntiVirus issue.

    yes i did and my anti viruses are off
    i had this thesame problem on other ts2 but just restarting and off virus works in here it wont work

    is there any more information in that file, could you check ?

    Try to play a bit around here with the resolutions your device can run.

    Emporioz might be correct with some sort of graphics error resolution wise. Also it could have some missing files as the Windows Security/Defender tends to quarantine files or even remove files in a false positive read. It's possible that you may have to reinstall the game client.
