I need my active premium disabled. It's been 11 years and we still can't do that ourselves -_- Event is coming up and i really want to pop the new premium. Already did a ticket but as we all know. Those take forever usually..
I did the same thing, submitted a ticket, 12 hours later they responded. Not bad since submitted the ticket at about midnight for them
Well it's weekend soon so i think they will have days off and i worry if i will get it done by monday only haha
