Game won't run

So I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times but my game still doesn't work. I start up the game and I get to the log in screen. I log in then I get the black loading screen with the sheep and then it boots me back to my desktop. I've been running it on administrator and I also disabled my anti virus while installing. I ran my troubleshooter and it says incompatible program, what does that mean and how can I fix that? Can anybody help or have any suggestions?
