Game guard execute error 114

Every time I launch rf it tells me this "GameGuard Initialization error. Try rebooting and executing the game or close the program considered to cause a collision." Help me, please

Whenever I boot up the game, it says "This game sucks, don't play it"

 

Some one please help me with error Game Guard Initilation Error : 230

 

Tyvm, but the cause is "Rattv" progame including in graphic driver

 

Ensure that none of these are running in the background.

-Game tracking services (XFire, Raptr, and more)
-Other Games (League of Legends, Steam games, and more)
-VLC, MPC, any video player
-Razer Syapse or any macro assigning software
-Joy2key, X-Pad, or any controller mapping software
-X-Trap, HackShield, or any other anti-hack software
-Emulator software (VMWare)

To exit any of these, simply just end their processes and/or clicking the "X" at the top right corner of the program.
