These are my steps how I fix the problem why the game closes unexpectedly. 1.) I reformat my PC using my bootable windows installer. 2.) I reinstall all my applications (just by downloading in google chrome). 3.) I re download and reinstall the 12sky2 in site. 4.)and that's all what I do. by the way don't install some applications using your USB if you're not sure if its virus free because the virus will be the one who closes the game. I made these steps in my 6 units of personal computer and all of them are functioning now. Hopefully it would help you guys a lot. Feel free to ask me.
