[EVENT] Halloween Sticker Event Compensation

    Hello Everyone,
    Last month we hosted the Halloween Sticker Event some players were able to receive the actual prizes and Mystery Ghost Chest, but some players were not able to receive the Mystery Ghost Chest and was not able to complete the Sticker Event.

    So our team along with the developers have discussed the situation and decided to give out the Frankie ExoCore to all players who player at least played 105 rounds which is equivalent to getting the minimum of 7 Mystery Ghost Chest on the month of October. Players will also be getting two additional items for compensation for the event not working correctly Baby Black Dragon (30 Days) and Jacko Helmet 2 (30 Days).

    Players should get the following items if they played at least 105 round during the event.
    • Hello Frankie ExoCore
    • Baby Black Dragon (30 Days)
    • Jacko Helmet 2 (30 Days)
    We want to thank all the players that participated on the event. You may need to re-log for these changes to take effect. Thanks everyone!


    Halloween Sticker Event:
    Rules:
    • 1 Sticker Box will given upon completion of 5 Sets (1 Set = 3 Rounds)
    • Earn stickers from the Mystery Ghost Chest
    • You can obtain these sticker boxes by playing sets in all modes (except Adventure, AI, and Defense).
      • 1 set = 3 rounds.
    • You can receive up to 4 Sticker Boxes per day.
    • A UI Message will appear when you have collected all 7 stickers.
    • You can check your progress by clicking "Event" on the UI (next to Notice).
    • Collect all Halloween Stickers and you can win a Halloween Frankie ExoCore
    • Limit to 1 Halloween Frankie Exocore per account
    • All Halloween Sticker Random Box will be removed at the end of the event period.
    Prize:
    • Collect All 7 Stickers and receive Halloween Frankie ExoCore

    Prize Distribution:
    • Hello Frankie ExoCore will be distributed automatically upon completion of the sticker sheet.

    Why is the Jacko Helmet 30 days? Doesnt say it will be 30days here .. Possible mistake?

    Both Jacko Helmet 2 and Baby Black Dragon are 30 days. Both will help you gain extra carats for each game set played. We recommend you save up your carats for something soon!

    For anyone wondering: Jacko Helmet 2 gives 100% bonus carats and is a hair/head item. It can be stacked with Silver British/Baby Dragon/Cheshire Cats for additional bonuses.

    You see, I like criticizing but I also like to acknowledge when things are handled nicely.

    It is very considerate of you for the compensation to be 2 of the best carat bonus items in the game... especially when used together.
    Considering christmas is coming (carat spenders? :3) and we have these newly added carat boxes, this comes during the perfect time.

    I think doing the rounds is kinda flawed because what if the off chance that someone had stopped playing consecutively during this event because they knew they wouldn't get anything? At least include those who have sent in help desk tickets with the issue.

    Elf ears are already perm, the only non perm versions are in the poseiden chests so adding it in the survey wouldnt change it much. Unless you mean a recolor.
