    Crouching Dragon Jades have always been non-tradable. They are however storable, if you would like to use it on a different character.

    It's a costume so there is no level requirement to equip it.

    I think I misunderstood your original question because you've quoted my previous response to BirdbrainX regarding the costume box.

    The Flying White Dragon weapons level requirement is set to LS1.
