Oh dear God no. It would never be populated at all hardly. If you want a European Server I suggesting going to a different publisher for TS2. This version is already gonna die. I don't see any chance of there ever being a second server.
This version i do not believe will die =D since i started playing the average number of players on has gone from 2 bars to 3 on weekdays, it was as one point down to around 10 players. this is actually allot of people since the servers are massive. but i don't think you will see a EU server here since this company seems to primarily host for NA SA
