I'm kind of late, but I think I figured out the solution for this problem. I right clicked my Rumble Fighter icon > Properties > Compatibility > Check (✔) in the box with "Run this program as administrator." > Click "Apply", then "OK" . Restart your PC>Turn off your anti-virus>accept Rumble Fighter through your firewall. After that right click rumble fighter icon>open file index>res folder and delete one of those nsz files and delete gameguard. After that follow these steps 1:Go to "Device Manager" 2: Double click "Network Adapter" 3:Right click your adapter and click "properties" 4:Go to "Advanced" 5:"Speed and Duplex" and set it to "10 Mbps Full Duplex" if 10 Mbps Full Duplex try the other options. Restart your PC again and than launch Rumble Fighter. If this doesn't work, I'm sorry.
