I'm trying to download 9D for a few days now, I keep getting the same error, when the setup finish downloading i get this message: anyone can help me?
You should turn off anti-virus software and run 9dragons installer as administrator. In case cant solve it, need redownload . Good luck to you. Hope see you in game.
I get the same error. Tried redownloading, did not help. I also disabled my firewall, I have no antivirus that would block anything. Anyone got any other ideas?

I finally fix this for me! if you're by any chance using wifi you might want to try downloading everything while physically connected then you can install it regularly. and make sure the 9D setup file size is exactly 1,789,418
I tried to do this exactly, and nothing has worked so far. I checked the file size, and it is exactly at that size - still says that it cannot access version information. Anyone have any other ideas to fix this? Currently using Win10 - 64-bit Thanks everyone - really wanna play this game!
Just like Aramis48 said. The file size must be exactly 1,789,418 KB. I was downloading repeatedly 1,789,420 KB and failing. Then finally (after 4x) downloaded the right size and installed. No more errors in my fresh formatted Win10 64bits. I never turned off my BitDefender Total Security.
I've downloaded multiple times, and still nothing. It has always been exactly that size as well. But shall try again, hopefully it is a new version or something, or that by some miracle it works this time - hahaha.
