No I'm talking bout the V skill wher it fence you and don't really have a cool down, doesn't take much sp. when the skill launch the user up to the air or when the v skill is in motion you can't really cancel the skill with other things. AB/Shield cannon v skill still leave the user vulnerable.

 

Dragonstrikers V skill doesn't god mode through the whole duration, just like AB and SC.

It's faster and gives +5 ARM. Birthday exo is the same thing in terms of its B skill. V skill is basically the same concept. It's not broken.
