I would like to ask why do we keep on having disconnections on 19:00-20:00 PDT as example because sometimes its 2:00-3:00 PDT? and after logging out we are experiencing red bars which means the server is full? and after exiting the game and opening it again the game is back to normal.
Hi Xeon03, the disconnections and server 'Red Bars' are results of series of malicious DDoS attacks on our servers, not because of full servers. As of now, we are already taking measures to limit the instances of these attacks. Please continue to be patient with us as we work out this. Thank you!
