That you got ddosed and you want your ip changed. Use a vpn next time. I would give out my vpn but RedFox might get it blocked.

Do you use your own equipment, or are you renting equipment from your ISP? If you're renting from the ISP, call them up and ask if they can change your "External IP address".
I have a static one. if i call them will they be able to change it through the phone? I called earlier and someone is coming on tuesday
They honestly SHOULD be able to change it on their end... I wouldn't see why not, it's all software based, if they can't change it they should also be able to show you how to do it, i'd suggest calling them again and get an explination as to why they can't do it on their end or over the phone.

Yeah, if you can access your router via the internal IP (192.168.1.1, 10.0.0.1, depends on your model router) as long as you have an ethernet cable to your router.
When I called in earlier, a man was trying to help fix it through the phone but it was taking a lot of time for his solutions to work. the internet worked for a few sexonds and went back off. He said he would bring in a guy on Tuesday. When I plug out my router and plug it back in my internet works but right after it stops working and the router goes red again
Whoever is DDoSing you is probably still doing it, at this point you either have to wait for them to stop ramming packets down your tubes, or change your external IP, which cannot be done without the ISP's help. :/
