Creating Decos

How and where do I create decos? Want to try this out for fun but I don't have any idea how to start. Any help would be appreciated.

like all these imperfect decos im seeing around hefei lately. I assume those are failed attempts at the 4 guardians decos. How do i do those?

oh. i didnt know that. What decos can you create then? Any good ones or just low levels?

 

Four Guardians Level 2 decos, OP Deco are the better ones you can create. there are also the loulan clan decos and also the shabby, normal, fine decos in hefei. you can go to resource/create from the f11 menu to find those and the mats you need

Heavenly Deco - it's the yellow colored one and is currently the best one in game. needs a lot of crafted mats to make though

 

Where do I find materials list and where do I craft it?
