    Generally you can get herb drops from the mobs inside CoC, and also a tome drop that you can learn to cast a buff to counteract the poison gas inside.

    The easiest way however is to get a buff from the hermit at the bloody plains gateway to counteract the poison that lasts for 1-2 hrs I think.
