Nah no thank you.
You should know what happen like what we have done to GC that they hired the volunteer but end up is they hide their own ass cuz they are too shy to us that we exposed their identity already.
ikr just like that guy with bloody crab hand.
No. All CA's and RM's everyone of all time have been totally useless. You may as well get a bag of peanuts to be a volunteer mod
Remember CA Redshinobi or whatever that ninja guy's name was? Remember how he practically bought his way into being a CA and everyone got pissed about it because he didn't do anything for anyone?
JS there are some blokes on here that are willing to spend their retirement funds on rf if it means they get to have two letters between a set of brackets before their username.
Back when I was younger playing MMOs they just hired more GMs if they needed more monitoring power, to be frank a CA or volunteer mod position to me is a scam as your doing a nonprofit job for a for-profit company, which might not even grant you the same benefits of an intern so, no why work for free to keep a game alive that doesn't want to play you for your services. If you really want a position like that its probably better for you to see if you can get hired as a GM.
You have to live in San Jose to be a GM and GM isn't a min wage job. They actually pay for your vacation too.
Well, what do you consider useless and what do you expect [CA]s to do? I did mention that each [CA] should be assigned a specific task that would make them useful.
I mean like even when they did have that one task of holding an event or whatnot, they still couldn't even do that right. Be it noshow or only doing it with their circlejerk ring, etc.
The only somewhat competent CA I saw was Shadow, but then again I rarely saw him around
No just no
if they can't uphold the job they can get fired.
+ I'm only responding to people who want to have a logical debate and not people just saying no for the hell of it.
If this gets in.
JK Gourdy pls don't ban me again
nope cause your a scammer yaweh trash.
"You have to live in San Jose to be a GM"
- That is why I said they wouldn't have the same benefits you can get as being an intern since an intern has a higher chance of having a future at the company than a priority user.
"GM isn't a min wage job"
- Never stated it was and the GM position making around 10-20 an hour so its not really a high paying job either.
Saying that virtually all the past CA's/RM's have been as useful as a bag of peanuts therefore we don't need more is totally valid.
They won't hire you just because you have knowledge of the game, you need more than that. That goes for any job and they probably won't accept interns at moment due to the fact that they opened in 2015(only Ceo the same).
- Commit in bringing out games’ full potentials by working closely with game developers and listening to and understanding the mindset of the game community
- Strive to provide excellent customer support
- Provide the most satisfying gaming experience
- Share a passion and enthusiasm for games
wasn't talking about you. Also, you can't let the past from stopping you from moving forward though.
Yes, I know that jobs have more requirements than the basics, no I don't believe Game Master jobs have an internship I was merely comparing the internship position to that of a volunteer mod position in a more general since of a resume.
As if they read any of our suggestions.
That's what the report function is for, no?
