In most cases, this happens when you left a previous guild. A relog may fix the issue, but it could take a computer restart and/or a browser cache clear. (Guild Menu uses Internet Explorer)

I'm honestly sick of this. I sent in a ticket about the glitches in the last 2 events and that's what they told me. 'Re-install' like relogging and uninstalling wasn't the first thing I tried. Fix your broken game Redfox. I won't be spending anymore money on this game and I highly suggest no one else does either until it improves.

 

well,its not even redfox who should improve RF,and there's always a guy who spends thousands of dollars/euros on this game

This is a temp ip ban issue.
Relogging and clearing cache does not resolve the issue. Waiting 15-20 minutes for the ip ban to be lifted solves the issue.
I've already told Support about this but I doubt they gonna waste time investigating something that barely happens.
