cant gift rc item

i got rc the other day and i tried to gift a scroll to a friend but the 5 day rule pops up even though we've been friends for over a month. i can gift carat items to him but not the rc item. i got the rc a week ago and ive been trying everyday this whole week and the 5 day rule keeps popping up.

 

Send in a support ticket explaining the situation, use screen shots if applicable. In the mean time did you try deleting him and re-adding and waiting another 5 days?

 

i havent tried deleting him and re-adding but ill try that and how can i send in a support ticket?

 

Go to support up at the top, beside add credit, and click ticket.
