I believe this list is for the contents of the Thank You/Winter Appreciation chests that required 2,500 EXP to unlock and open. For the scroll/exocore chest from Beginner System, those provide primarily underused and/or carat skill items found in the store. (Examples : Cook, Relentless Mace, Jellyman, Drunken Master, Red Scorpion)
Every year, Nimonix gives out a free scroll box and free exo box around January of the new year. That's how I got my red rock ninjutsu. Nimonix also gives out a free black friday box gold around November or December for a login event. It's possible to get a perm red rock ninjutsu from that one too. So if you're patient, you can get free chances at perms.
If you want it real badly, then keep rerolling those level 11 scroll boxes until it drops rerolling in this case is to keep making new accounts lol it's guaranteed perm too, if it happens to drop
Ye ,but isnt these "normal" scrolls same as in lvl box ? I thought that most of them are the same . Sry if I'm wrong (I haven't opened lvl box since couple years ) Anyway from what I know for sure ,he is gonna most likely drop ice breaker anyway . @Misogii if you want an OP scroll I can gift you Another Avenger (most op carat scroll xD)

You're somewhat right about that. It contains "upgraded" carat scrolls from what you would get from the ones from Beginner System, as well as a chance to get some decent (or not) RC skill items & a rare if you're lucky enough. The ones that are italicized are "common" pulls from the Thank You box.

Idk . I remember that some time ago I made like 10 accounts just to check ,and mostly I got ice breaker or some carat scrolls. So prob its rlly hard to get :/
