The buff "Hand of Ironwall Power" reads that it 'Decreases Damage for 1 minute by 3%.' Is that really what it does or is it supposed to be 'Increases Damage' and the description is just bugged?
It is correct, the buff decrease dmg TAKEN by 3% for 1 minute. You have another skill which adds weapon dmg by #% for 5m ( at low lvl skill) called 'demonic protection of tai shan' if im not mistaken. Btw that 3% decrease is at cheng 1 of the skill, i have a bot warr and my buff deacrease dmg taken by 12%, dun remember which cheng my skill is at tho.
