I'm kinda torn; obviously the victims should've stopped what they were doing and just listen/obey to the cops but at the same time is shooting them dead really the only solution?? Wouldn't shooting them dead be a last resort?? What do you guys think?
9/10 if you just do what a police officer tells you to do you will be completely fine. However, racial stereotypes does make it more likely for minority groups (not only blacks) to be harmed by the police. I personally don't really think its 100% a racial issue either. The fault is where you have a system that prioritizes police safety over the lives of the civilian and that enables police to use deadly force at any signs of resistance. Key words being "any sign of resistance". A police could basically execute you if you don't follow their orders "EXACTLY" to the tea.
